Anthony has been in the mortgage industry since 2002, and is proud to say he has devoted every year to Delta Lending Group. In 2005, Anthony was awarded the “Affiliate of the Year, in Recognition of Exemplary and Distinguished Service to the Delta Association of Realtors, the Real Estate Industry and his Community”.
Outside of the office. Anthony devotes time to his family coaching his son Andres in baseball and his daughter Arianna in softball. He has been married to his wife Cathy since 2001. He is a 3rd generation community volunteer for numerous non-profit organizations and has served on the Board of Directors of the East County Boys & Girls Club, D. A. R. Community Service Foundation and Perk’s Sports Academy which he was also the co-founder.
Anthony has been a baseball coach for over 20 years from t-ball to high school levels, and also traveled to 14 states playing men’s competitive softball for various teams. He is a member of U.A. Local 342 Steamfitters of Concord where he serves on the Health and Welfare Committee and is the Manager of the Union’s Traveling Softball Team.

Ben first entered the mortgage business as a broker in 1995. He has held various positions in the San Francisco mortgage market, ranging from an individual broker to staffing, training, managing, mortgage banking and growth of business. In 2001, Ben opened Delta Lending Group’s Walnut Creek branch and then Pleasant Hill branch, where he staffed and trained new employees. In 2003 and 2004, Ben was awarded Peak Performer by Providence Systems, the nation’s leading coaching company in the Real Estate and Lending industry. In 2009 Ben was placed on the Advisory Council of Blossom Wealth Management.
Among other endeavors he has been a partner in a construction and development company with operations located throughout Northern California from 2005 to 2007.
In 2006, Ben joined STaSIS Motorsports as the General Manager. STaSIS Motorsports competed in SPEED World Challenge campaigning 3 purpose-built Audis. Under his direction, STaSIS finished 3rd in 2006 and 2007 with multiple track records. Ben also is a senior driving instructor with the Audi Club North America, where he continues to share his passion of the brand with other motorsports enthusiasts.
Ben studied International Business at San Francisco State University. Today, he continues to add to his knowledge through persistent research on world economies, currencies, money flows and their effects on local markets.

Jake is new to the mortgage industry and to Delta Lending. He joined Delta's team in 2015 as a Mortgage Advisor. Previously, he worked as a financial analyst in the healthcare industry. He decided to pursue a career in this business because he has a love for finance/real estate and because he enjoys helping others. He has lived in the bay area his entire life and loves it here. He spent his childhood here, attended college at St. Mary's College (B.S.) and California State University East Bay (M.B.A.), and has spent the past six years living in Pleasant Hill, with his wife and two sons. Outside of work, Jake enjoys spending time with this family and friends, playing/watching all types of sports, and being active outdoors.
